Founder/Head Coach

  • This company was born out of my lifelong passion for helping to guide people towards better health. 

    After I finished playing college football, my health began to suffer. I didn’t give up on my fitness. It was quite the opposite: I became addicted to it. 

    I was afraid of losing the physique and athleticism that I spent my life trying to achieve. I started to create an unhealthy relationship with food and workouts. I was caught up in the “all or nothing” mentality that most former athletes struggle with. For me, I was all in, all of the time. And it was only a matter of time until I burned out. 

    Thankfully, in the midst of my burnout, I started working with a coach who challenged my traditional views of fitness. They showed me that being fit was not all about grueling workouts in the gym or an overly restricted diet. My coach helped me develop a healthier and more sustainable approach with my training and nutrition. They also encouraged me to incorporate better lifestyle habits that I had neglected, like sleep routines and stress management. 

    After working with my coach, I decided to leave my secondary teaching job for a career in teaching and coaching real fitness. 

    Over the past eight years, I have developed a plan called "RECLAIM". It is an individualized training, nutrition, and lifestyle program that helps former athletes transition to living through fitness, not for it.

    I have used RECLAIM with dozens of former athletes who have lost weight, gained muscle, improved their performance, increased their self-confidence, regained their athleticism, and much more.

    My hope is that you will trust me to be your coach. But our ultimate goal is to be a helpful resource in a world of complicated fitness advice.
