The Revived Athlete 12-Week Program is designed for intermediate to advanced former athletes ready to look, feel, and perform like athletes again.

This includes 6 training days per week:
4 resistance and 2 aerobic
.

Each week includes structured warm-ups and cool-downs, plus a focused 5-minute education video on nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset to support total athletic revival.

All you need is:

  • a set of dumbbells or kettlebells,

  • a bench,

  • a barbell,

  • a jump rope,

  • a plyo box, and

  • a pull-up bar.
